[u12] Game Review

Not a bad game on Sunday, as this is the first time any of the girls have
played full field 11v11.

4 goals against us.  2 were silly not-excusable mistakes, two were great
shots.

 

Regardless of score, defensive performed very well.

There was little or no offensive drive.

 

They are the best team I have seen that substituted players at the direction
of the coach.

 

Big areas that Coach Cranmer will be working on this week:

                Field Position, name them, and what position is responsible
for what

                Winning the ball

                Throw-ins

 

I will also be testing the girls concerning field position.  A few girls are
confused when it comes to definitions of the field positions.

 

As Coach Cranmer likes all players to know all positions, and enjoys the
tool of substitution,

all players must understand all positions.


There will be a test on Thursday.  No really.  Fail the test and you will
run laps.
