Today, Tuesday, October 17th.

Invoking clause 37, under article 3 of the Team #2 by laws:

"If it rains all day, practice is cancelled."

If, at 3:00 PM, the sky is pure blue, and the SUN is SHINING,
 and for the next 2 hours, not a single drop falls,
 nor another cloud passes by,
 and the temperature rises to almost 60 degrees
 then we will have practice.

But unless that happens, practice is cancelled.
