[MARRC-announce] Video Night on Nov 9!

MARRC Video Night is set for Saturday, November 9, at the Potomac Community
Center in Potomac, MD from 7 to 11pm.  Admission is free to all MARRC members,
and there will be beer, pizza, soda, and snacks for everyone.  Bring the family
for a chance to social and benchrace at the end of the season.  Go to

We also need help securing video equipment, especially a video projector,
stereo system, and a DVD player.  Last year we had to rent the equipment, but I
would much rather find a member or friend who has access to better equipment
and the know-how to set it up.  

I can also use some volunteers to help and coordinate the event.  Its simple
things like buying soda, helping set out chairs, or signing-in people at the
door.  Anyone who volunteers will get their membership renewed and get credit
for working (so if you are only a day away from a jacket, here's your chance!)
