When the building in which HS401 will reside is ready in 2010, it'll  
also be an 1100 sq ft space. We plan on breaking it up into 1/3  
electronics workshop and 2/3 meeting/hangout/gallery space. It'll be  
in a building with a visual artists shared studio space and artist  
residences upstairs.
