Yeah, haven't seen much traffic at all on this list.

We'll be getting one going here in Providence, RI. However, the space 
we'll be going into isn't going to be ready until early to mid 2010.

In the mean time, we've got some space that we can use on a periodic 
basis (weekly hack sessions) at AS220.
